Kurt Griffin
Office Manager
Kurt Griffin is the Office Manager at The McShane Firm. Kurt joins the firm after 6 years in the financial industry as a Branch Manager and Officer of a bank. Kurt obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Shippensburg University. He resides in Lancaster County with his wife and two daughters. Outside of the office, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and watching sports.

Heidi Etter
Paralegal
Heidi Etter is a full-time Paralegal at the McShane Law Firm, LLC. She is assigned to assist attorney Justin McShane, Chairman and CEO. Heidi is a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College where she pursued an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. Heidi is also a member of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association (CPPA). Heidi was born and raised in Shippensburg, PA. She moved to Harrisburg PA, to pursue a career as a legal assistant. She worked in the gaming industry for over seven years in both Customer Service and as a Legal Assistant. She brings over ten years of customer service to the McShane Firm, LLC. Heidi Etter is a proud McShane Law Firm team member and is committed to excellent client services.

Cathi Leigh McAdams
Paralegal
After serving our country for 20 years, Cathi Leigh retired from the United States Air Force and pursued a paralegal degree. Since then, she has had an impressive career spanning 19 years, specializing in family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Currently, Cathi Leigh is “right hand” to Attorney Tim Barrouk, our Senior Litigation Associate, managing his criminal and civil caseloads.
Cathi Leigh currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association, as 2nd Vice President. She was the recipient of the association’s “Outstanding Paralegal Award for 2009.” Cathi Leigh always wanted to continue to assist her fellow veterans, and was selected to be a mentor in the newly formed Veteran’s Court, in the Court of Common Pleas for Dauphin County. Mentors who are former veteran’s themselves, are chosen to assist veterans accepted into the Veteran’s Court. Collectively, these events are a testament of her dedication to her profession, her country, and the clients served by The McShane Firm, LLC.
Cathi Leigh’s first passion is the American Cancer Society (ACS). She volunteers year round with the ACS and presently serves as the Pacesetter Committee Chair on the planning committee for the annual Making Strides to End Breast Cancer walk on City Island. She also serves as an Assistant to the Minister at Christ Lutheran Church, and volunteers with the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s “Wills for Heroes” program. Cathi Leigh’s second passion are her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Bailey and Parker.

Michele Lynn Bish
Paralegal
Michele is a 2010 Graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College, with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and a 2001 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School. Michele comes to the McShane Firm, LLC with over 10 years of experience working in health care. Currently Michele resides in Lancaster County with her husband, son and two daughters. Michele enjoys spending time outdoors and family vacations. Michele focuses on exclusively on criminal matters. Michele is also a member of CPPA, Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association.

Denise Kendall
Legal Assistant
Denise has over 19 years experience in the legal field. Born and raised in Jersey Shore, PA she moved to Delaware in 1998 to further her career as a legal assistant and returned to Pennsylvania in 2003. She resides in Middletown, PA and has two daughters and one son. Denise enjoys music, reading, going to the beach and watching her children play sports.

Stephanie Saul
Paralegal
Stephanie Saul is a 2009 graduate of Berks Technical Institute where she received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is an ambitious member of the McShane Firm working full-time as a Paralegal. Stephanie is an active member of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association. She was born and raised in Lebanon County and chose to move to Harrisburg to pursue her career. Stephanie owns a home in Harrisburg with her fiancé where she enjoys playing with her long haired Chihuahua, Cove.

Charlene Ann Dias
Receptionist
Charlene Dias is a recent addition to the law firm as a full time receptionist. Charlene has 10 years experience in human resources both as an assistant and director for MCWE, a San Diego based evangelical ministry. Charlene also enjoyed 4 years experience in the field of employment recruiting, with her last assignment as an on-site sales HR recruiting manager in Harrisburg, PA. She held a customer service/office coordinator position for 5 years while residing in Tulsa, OK. She received a human services certificate, from Employers Group Inc, San Diego, CA, and Business Administration and Sales from Cerritos College, Cerritos CA. Charlene moved from sunny California to be with her husband who is the Air Traffic Control Manager at Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA. Charlene enjoys horses, reading, watching sports with her husband and vacationing/sightseeing new places on the east coast.

Mitch Tayler
Social Media Coordinator
Mitch Tayler holds a degree in Media Studies from Penn State University. While studying at Penn State, Mitch interned at several local advertising firms, as well as Capitol Hill PR firm IDI. As Social Media Coordinator, Mitch is responsible for developing and maintaining The McShane Firm’s online presence – including our numerous blogs and social media endeavors. In his spare time, Mitch enjoys hiking and watching hockey.
Glenda Rice
Accountant
Glenda Rice is a graduate of Penn State-Main Campus. She has over ten (10) years experience in the accounting/bookkeeping field. She specializes in handling the firm’s time payment issues after they are initially established.

Nicholas Indovina
Law Clerk
Mr. Indovina is entering into his final year at the Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law. At Dickinson, he is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Corpus Juris Society. Previously, Mr. Indovina worked as a clerk for the Honorable John F. Cherry in Harrisburg, PA. Last summer, he worked for the Monroe County District Attorney’s office in Rochester, NY. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Indovina received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication at Cornell University. While at Cornell, he served as a member of the executive board of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, Captain of the Sprint Football team, and participated on the debate team. Mr. Indovina is from Webster, New York, and he hopes to use his law degree in the court room as a litigator.

Matthew Koch
Law Clerk
Mr. Koch is an entering second year student at The Pennsylvania State University – The Dickinson School of Law. Prior to enrolling at the Dickinson School of Law, Mr. Koch earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware. During his undergraduate career, Mr. Koch was appointed as a Board Member to the Office of Student Conduct Judicial Hearings Board and was a dedicated member of the Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity. He is intrigued by the field of Criminal Law, and wishes to continue the success that he has achieved during his first year at Dickinson with the McShane Firm.

Drew Hushka
Law Clerk
Mr. Hushka will be entering his second year at The Pennsylvania State University – The Dickinson School of Law next fall. Mr. Hushka is currently the President of the Sports Legal Society, and the Clerk of the Phi Delta Phi Law Fraternity. Prior to attending the Dickinson School of Law, Mr. Hushka doubled majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice at North Dakota State University. While at North Dakota State, he was a member of the varsity-football team, where he received numerous student-athlete accolades, including becoming a semi-finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hushka worked for a semester as an intern on the Senate Budget Committee.

Richard Roberts
Law Clerk
Mr. Roberts is a second-year law student at Widener University School of Law in Delaware. He is a Dean’s List Recipient and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Roberts received his undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College, where he majored in history. This past semester, Richard was a semi-finalist in Widener’s Distinguished Jurist Moot Court Competition. He is getting married in September and enjoys spending time with his family in his free time.
