Wholaver Sentencing

His brother, convicted murderer Ernest Wholaver, killed his wife and two daughters nearly two years ago. Yesterday sentenced on remaining charges for his part in the murders.

He has already served nearly two years of his 12-and-a-half to 25-year sentence. In exchange for a lesser sentence testified against his older brother.

He admitted to the court that he drove Ernest to the Middletown home where he killed his family. Ernest Wholaver is row, due in part to Scott’s testimony.
