Madelyn Singley is a passionate and dedicated criminal defense attorney, committed to protecting the rights of individuals facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She believes that everyone deserves strong, fair and compassionate representation.

Madelyn approaches every case with integrity, preparation, and determination. She also understands that being accused of a crime can be overwhelming and she is devoted to standing by her clients every step of the way. Personal Background

Madelyn Singley is a 2021 graduate of Temple University where she earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Spanish for Professional Studies. After graduating from Temple, she spent time working for the Lehigh County Adult Probation Department in the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Unit. Madelyn joined The McShane Firm as a law clerk in 2024 and graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2025.

Outside of the courtroom, Madelyn enjoys working out, reading, spending time with family and friends, and all things Philadelphia Sports!

I was just facing serious charges for a dui with my child in the car .. I was in a NO WIN situation and Katy and her team- NAILED IT!!!!!!!! I am now sleeping at night, I can think of things other than the case that was daunting and "The team" is still in contact with me and we are done!!!! My name has been cleared of wrong doing and all has been dismissed! I Can not say enough about the amazing results that I achieved SOULEY because of this teams efforts!!!!!!!!
