Guilty Plea Expected

Scott Wholaver is expected to plead guilty today in Dauphin County Court. Jean Wholaver and her daughters, 20-year-old Victoria and 15-year old Elizabeth were found shot to death on Christmas Day.
Scott is accused of driving his brother Ernest to Middletown the night of the murder. Scott says Ernest walked toward the house and came back 5-10 minutes later shaking and nervous.
