Third-Party Apps Put Your Criminal Record in Everyone’s Pocket

A new smartphone app called “Docket in your Pocket” allows users to access Pennsylvania criminal records from their smartphone. This allows anyone to access your full criminal history at any time. Unfortunately, court ordered expungments do not extend to third parties creating possibly humiliating situations.
