Mike Giaramita to Speak at Seminar Concerning ‘Preemption of Municipal Firearms Ordinances: Is There Room for State and Local Regulation of Firearms?’

The recent amendment to the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act has made major changes by significantly expanding standing for gun owners and by arguably increasing the scope of preemption of local municipal gun regulation.

While important issues concerning the new legislation are being litigated, experts on the issue will present their views at the following seminar: ‘Preemption of Municipal Firearms Ordinances: Is There Room for State and Local Regulation of Firearms?’ Our Litigation Associate, Mike A.
