Attorney Auriemma will be arguing at a Special Session of the Pennsylvania Superior Court to be held at Penn State University Dickinson School of Law beginning at on September 20.
“As a young attorney, I am thrilled that our state intermediate appellate courts are beginning to hold arguments at the Law School,” said Joshua Auriemma ’10, appellate advocate at The McShane Firm, who will argue a case during the special session. “Law school focuses our attention on overarching legal theory and federal practice, but it is important for students to have an understanding of the interesting jurisprudence being argued and formulated literally in our own backyards—often by our own alumni.”
