Attorney McShane earns Not Guilty in .192 BAC DUI case

June 25, 2009

Today Attorney McShane used pharmacology and analytical chemistry to obtain a not guilty verdict in a DUI case in front of a Cumberland county jury where a citizen was accused of having a blood alcohol content greater than .16. The defendant was accused of having a BAC of .192 as determined by a headspace gas Chromatograph with a flame ionization detector run by the Pennsylvania state police lab. The McShane Firm team, together with an expert, showed multiple issues with the blood test resulting in a not guilty.

Testimonials

I felt your firm had everything under control. you were on top of things and most of all I knew I did not have to worry about anything – which was great.

- ML – Harrisburg

I could not be happier with the Attorney I selected. There are hundreds of local attorneys and Justin McShane is by far the best. His services are worth every penny.

- TM, Harrisburg

Justin, and his firm, offer well-reasoned and strong defenses for their clients. Justin will be a strong advocate for his clients, and will argue tenaciously in court. Justin has a strong knowledge of the science of breath alcohol testing, and has spend a great deal of time and money bettering his understanding, and the understanding of his associates, in the intricacies of alcohol testing.
