On September 28, 2009, Attorney David Hoover appeared in Lebanon County for the case of Commonwealth v. Michael Betz. The Government alleged charges of DUI – General Impairment (BAC greater than .08 less than .099, .086 alleged); DUI – Incapable of Safe Driving; Following Too Closely; Roadways Laned For Traffic. The Client had been arrested and taken to NLPD for BAC DataMaster testing. The alleged results of two tests were .086 and .095. After all of the testimony was concluded, the Judge found Mr. Betz Not Guilty on All Counts.
