For an unfortunate circumstance the experience was incredible. As I was nervous from get go, Michelle and Attorney Hoover took the time to speak to me, listen to me and answer lots of questions.
It hasn’t happened yet, but it looks like he saved my license, career and business which would all fall apart without a license! Attorney Hoover was down to earth. I felt like I was at court with a friend.
JT was thrilled that Attorney Hoover was able to successfully defend his Pennsylvania DUI case.
It was a truly great experience. You definitely gave us the outcome we hoped for. … In my opinion, your firm is great. I would gladly recommend you to anyone and would definitely use your services again if needed.
I had a BAC of .19, so I thought it was only a formality before I was cooked. A friend of mine told me to consult with The McShane Firm. David Hoover took my case and I am very happy he did. He was able to get all of the charges against me dropped because the police did not follow the correct roadside procedures. I was thrilled at the result and highly recommend David to anyone who finds themselves in a case they think they can’t win.
I met David at a Forensic Blood and Urine Seminar in California. David works for a firm with a reputation for vigorously fighting and winning tough DWI/DUI cases in Pennsylvania. David was very enthusiastic about DUI defense and was very attentive ot the materials presented during this 3.5 day course taught by doctors, toxicologists, and chemists. David was also happy to speak about trial tips and tactics he has employed and was very passionate about the defense of his clients. Though I only recently met Daivd, I would recommend him as a DUI lawyer committed to fighting the difficult case.
I met David only recently. However, he made quite an impression. He was attending the most advanced training course a DUI attorney (3 & 1/2 days in length) can take, in San Diego, CA. He was one of the best students in the class, from an attendance and “final exam” perspective. This level of serious representation is what it takes to be an effective DUI trial lawyer. A tip of the hat goes out to David for his dedication to this area of law practice.
David and I are members of the National College for DUI Defense. This is an organization focused on sharing the best information among the best DUI attorneys in the country. We met during the most intense DUI blood seminar this year. The course was taught by world-class forensics professionals. Only about 40 of the brightest DUI attorneys throughout the U.S. could make it through the final exam. David was one of the few.
I whole heartedly endorse this lawyer’s work. David and I are both members of the National College of DUI Defense. His commitment to the profession and specifically, the field of DUI defense is apparent by not only his membership in the NCDD but his attendance at the most rigorous, post graduate course offered for attorneys… the forensic blood and urine testing course. I had the privilege of meeting David for the first time at that course and was impressed by his studious attention to detail and willingness to immerse himself in the course. This was an extremely intensive and difficult course and David was up to the challenge. In addition to having a sharp mind and a drive to be the best, David works for one of the preeminent DUI defense law firms in the country… the McShane Firm. If you are looking for an aggressive and knowledgeable DUI defense attorney then look no further than Attorney Hoover.
After observing the Defendant’s vehicle on two (2) separate occasions, and for a total of a mile to a mile and a half, Trooper Finkbiner effectuated a stop. His alleged basis for doing so was that he observed the vehicle cross the white fog line and the dotted white line separating the two lanes of travel by a tire’s width for a matter of seconds each time. “Under the totality of the circumstances, the Court finds that Trooper Finkbiner did not have reasonable suspicion that the Defendant was in violation of the vehicle code, therefore not having the requisite cause to make a stop.
