Tim M. Barrouk, Esq.

Attorney Barrouk (Litigation Associate) earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law, where he participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. While in law school, Attorney Barrouk served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Senate. In this capacity, he assisted in drafting Pennsylvania’s current laws regarding Protection From Abuse (PFA) Orders. Now he defends those who are accused of violating PFA’s or are threatened with having the PFA restrictions placed upon them.

He also represents individuals who have the need for a skilled family law advocate. He specializes in all aspects of custody related matters and using all available methods ethically available to make sure that his client’s children’s best interests are realized. He is a noted custody law authority. He is a sharp and fierce negotiator who is not afraid to litigate matters. He has received extensive training in asset recovery and investigation in terms of equitable distribution.

He has also excelled in, and specializes in, defending those who have been accused of assault, sexual misconduct and probation/parole violations. He has also received specialized training in DUI law.

Upon graduating from law school, he served as a law clerk with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, honing his practice on various complex evidentiary and appellate matters. Prior to law school, Attorney Barrouk attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Attorney Barrouk is also a graduate of Northern York County High School.

Attorney Barrouk is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all Pennsylvania State Courts. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court-Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Court. He is an active member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense. Attorney Barrouk is politically active throughout Central Pennsylvania and has developed a large network of political contacts.

He has rapidly developed a reputation as an attorney who will “roll up his sleeves” and aggressively fight for his clients’ rights to the fullest extent allowed by law.

He believes that there is no such thing as an impossible case to win and has proven that with hard work and dedication good results usually closely follow.
